Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing
Once you place an order, it is carefully checked in our warehouse. We inspect the item and, if applicable, charge it in advance so that you can use it immediately upon arrival. This process takes 1 to 3 working days.
Shipping & Tracking
Once the package is en route, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your order. Our shipping partner delivers the package within 2 to 4 working days.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: 4-6 working days.

Rest of Europe / United States / Canada / Australia: 4-7 working days.
Please note: Shipping times do not include possible delays due to customs and import duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

We believe in a seamless experience. That is why we offer Free Express Shipping (including Track & Trace) on all orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the rest of Europe. No hidden fees at checkout.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Want to modify your order? Please email support@usehuse.store as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes, but please be aware that packing and processing begin immediately upon receipt of the order.
